How to Submit

Complete the information section in step one. Choose the symbol that best represents your personal story in step two. Give your story a title and tell it in up to 500 words in step three, then upload either a video or photo to complement it. Also, be sure to check all of the boxes to agree to the Rules and Conditions.

Entry Guidelines

The video must be in H.264, MPEG-2 or MPEG-4 format and must not exceed 1 GB in size.

The photo should be a JPG image, dimensions at least 640x360.

The video/photo must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant.

The video/photo must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous.

The video/photo must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
